Commercial Crepe Machine
Bakeries, cafes and restaurants have commercial crepe machine in their kitchens. This is a single version crepe machine that takes little counter space. The round, cast iron plate on the top of this heating equipment is the working area. There are two variants of this machine that differ by their size. The cooking surface diameter are 12 inch and 16 inch respectively. We have used cast iron for making the griddle, as it heats more evenly and consistently, in addition to its durability and longer service life. The temperature of hot plate crepe machine can be adjusted based on the recipe, as some recipes require higher, while some requires lower heat.
